11 Aug What do I need to prepare for my Zoom meeting with the Assessor’s Office?

ZOOM MEETING REQUIREMENTS:

Zoom app downloaded on whichever device will be used for the meeting.

Need to have access to your email address on the same device being used for the Zoom meeting.

Please have a copy of your Deed or another form of title transfer on hand for the Zoom meeting.

Homestead: Louisiana I.D., active military I.D., or St. Tammany Parish Voter registration card matching address being applied for. If you had a homestead somewhere else for the year being applied for then we need proof of the previous home’s homestead removal. 

Veteran’s Double Homestead: Louisiana I.D., active military I.D., or St. Tammany Parish Voter registration card matching address being applied for, AND the award letter from the V.A. stating 100% service-connected disability. 

Disability Freeze: Louisiana I.D., active military I.D., or St. Tammany Parish Voter registration card matching the address being applied for, the award letter from Social Security (or other government entities) showing disability benefits, AND 2022 federal tax returns with an Adjusted Gross Income of $100,00 or less to qualify.

Senior Freeze: Louisiana I.D., active military I.D., or St. Tammany Parish Voter registration card matching address being applied for, AND 2022 federal tax returns with an Adjusted Gross Income of $100,000 or less to qualify.

Veteran’s Disability Freeze: Louisiana I.D., active military I.D., or St. Tammany Parish Voter registration card matching address being applied for, the award letter from the V.A. stating disability rating of 55-99%, AND 2022 federal tax returns with an Adjusted Gross Income of $100,000 or less to qualify.
