AN UPDATE TO THE RESIDENTS OF LAKESHORE VILLAGES:
Lakeshore Villages is located within the Lakeshore Villages Master Community Development District, and they assess an annual parcel fee (LA R.S. 33:9039.12 et seq) to all property owners within the district.
The district officially set their 2022 per unit parcel fee, based on individual parcel size. Property owners should be aware that the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office (tax collector) sends out tax bills annually, and the parcel fee will be included on the tax bills, payable by Dec. 31, 2022. Any questions regarding the parcel fee should be directed to Rizzetta and Company, Inc. Their telephone number is (407) 472-2471.
We also want all residents to know that a drone flyover is scheduled to be performed in the Lakeshore Villages area the week of Sept. 26, 2022. The purpose is to gather updated aerial imagery because of the rapid growth in the subdivision. It is part of our ongoing effort to fairly and equitably value all properties in St. Tammany, as required by Louisiana law, and to verify the accuracy of our data. The flyover should only take about an hour. In the case of inclement weather, it will be rescheduled as soon as reasonably possible.
