Sealed bids will be received by the St. Tammany Parish Assessor’s Office, 701 North Columbia Street, Covington, Louisiana 70433, until 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 16, 2022, from banks wishing to act as Fiscal Agents for the St. Tammany Parish Assessor’s Office. The contract will be for two (2) years effective January 1, 2023, with an option to extend the contract for two (2) additional two (2) years through December 31, 2026, and December 31, 2028. At the time and place stipulated above, all bids on hand will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid received after the date and hour stated above will be returned unopened to the bidder.

No bank shall be eligible to qualify to receive the deposits of any public funds which has not accompanied its application for the deposit with a sworn statement of its financial condition, as shown by its books, at the close of business on the first day of the month prior to the month in which the application was made. Each bid shall be on the Official Bid Form and shall be sealed in an envelope clearly marked on the outside, “BID TO ACT AS FISCAL AGENT – DECEMBER 16, 2022 RFP# 2022-001”
