Applications must be made in person at one of our office locations or via ZOOM.

To apply for Homestead Exemption, you will need your driver’s license or voter’s registration that reflects your current address and a copy of your recorded cash sale/deed.

To apply for a Freeze, you will need proof of age and your most recent federal tax returns, showing a combined Adjusted Gross Income of $102,700 or less.
(Per state law: Beginning in 2026 the income requirement will adjust annually with CPI)
